This is one of the best Chipotle restaurants that I have been to! They have great staff, fresh foods, and an overall clean establishment.
Food: I usually opt for two veggie tacos with salad dressing on the side. Yum yum yum. Only $5. They have the freshest ingredients and never run out of anything.
Atmosphere: lots of space to sit down and eat. Four rows of counters and about 5-10 tables.
Employees: This is the reason I come back to this location. They get busy at lunch but are always focused when fulfilling my order. Each person has gone out of their way to be friendly and to make sure I am happy with my meal.
Cannot wait to return later this week for lunch :) -

It's a Mexican Grill fast-food chain but a darn good one at that. Walked by their soft-opening today 12/10/2017 and was invited inside by the staff standing outside advertising free food! Who am I to say no to a fresh Steak Bowl w bag of chips and drink. Great fast-food option here in South Naples- no frills, fast and fresh.
Conveniently located at the Naples Shopping Plaza right across the Coastland Center mall. -

Very good Chipotle experience. There was no one there at 11 am on the Friday before Christmas. The employee taking our order was not very social and we had to repeat our order a few times. The guy at the cash register was very pleasant. The sofrita was very tasty with both beans, brown rice, cheese, queso and guacamole. It was huge actually. The tortilla was hard and not soft at all and it was not rolled too well, as it fell apart once I got home. At the restaurant you can see right thru to the kitchen where they were cutting up veggies and making some of the food. Very clean inside. Lots of high tables which are not my favorite. Great location accross from Coastland Mall near Publix and Marshalls.

I would give this place a few more months before trying if in fact you enjoy their food. Ordered online, arrived at pickup time. Informed the girl at the front I had online order after standing there for several mins. She turns to another girl and tells her online order the girl laughs and disappears. I continue to stand there for another 5mins or so. As people continue to pay and get their food. Finally a guy in the kitchen tells the girl in the front "pre paid online orders are right there just hand it to them". Yay finally I have my food. Let's start with the soda, it was off did not taste like a coke. Go to eat my hard tacos and they are total mush at this point, tried the queso and the queso has got to be the worst queso/cheese I've ever had in my life. No flavor and it was just gross. I even added hot sauce with hopes it would taste a little better.. yea nope. With all that being said, I'm not a fan. There are much better places like Tijuana Flats and Felipes to go to then this place. Very disappointed and most likely will never eat here again.
